Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where an incorrect price has been posted due to errors. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content on the website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition according to our return policy.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order and are processing it. Please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason.
3.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD). For added convenience, we are now offering payment collection via Jazz Cash and SadaPay, which customers can use to deposit funds. We do not accept payments via credit/debit cards or online banking at this time.
3.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if there is a pricing error or insufficient stock.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of Rs. 99 for all nationwide orders. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on the location and availability of stock.
4.2 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, If a delivery attempt fails twice, the customer will not be charged an additional fee for re-delivery. Instead, the order will be cancelled, and the customer can place a new order on the website, which will be processed and delivered at the standard flat shipping rate.
4.3 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5.2 Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the amount of the returned item(s), which can be used on future purchases.
5.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with details of the issue. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or issue store credit based on your preference.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

9. Make-to-Order (M-T-O)
9.1 Customer Specifications: When placing an order for a custom or made-to-order product, the customer is required to provide accurate and complete specifications, including but not limited to measurements, styles, and design details. Nouvaid Center is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the provided specifications, and such orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
9.2 Production Timeline: The estimated production time for made-to-order items is 7-10 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the customization. The production period does not include the delivery time.
9.3 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Made-to-order items are custom-manufactured to the customer’s specifications. Therefore, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a manufacturing defect is identified and verified by us
9.4 Final Order Confirmation: Before we begin processing a made-to-order request, customers will receive a confirmation of measurements and instructions. Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details prior to submission.
9.5 Delivery for Custom Orders: Once production is completed, the delivery timeline for made-to-order items is 3-5 business days for national orders. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and is subject to the availability of shipping services.
9.6 Modifications and Adjustments: Any modifications or alterations requested after the final order confirmation will not be accepted. Customers are advised to carefully verify all custom specifications before submission.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the issue cannot be resolved, the dispute will be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in Lahore, Pakistan.
