Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nouvaid Center, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how you can handle returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items purchased online from Nouvaidcenter.com can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The item does not match the original specifications or is not the same as what was purchased.

The item is unused, with all tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges based on personal preferences will incur a delivery fee of PKR 250/-, and the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Colors may vary slightly from images due to shoot purposes, and such exchange requests cannot be accommodated.

3. Exchange Process:

Mail-In Exchange

Request Exchange: Email us at support@nouvaidcenter.com or call us at +923000866943 to request an exchange.

Send Item: We will provide instructions and a pre-paid shipping label for returning the item.

Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be sent to you.

4. Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, if an exchange is not possible, a coupon of equal value valid for use on our online store will be issued. This coupon can be used for current or future purchases.

5. Exceptions:

Exchanges will not be processed for items damaged due to use or tampering.

Requests made outside the specified time frame will not be supported.
